Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all dealings between Arash and Kelly part of Techtrans Systems Ltd registered office at 100 Church Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1UJ, registered number 02262382 - ("TSL") and any prospective or actual retail customers of TSL ("You"). References to TSL throughout include our affiliates, agents and sub-contractors where appropriate. By contacting us in connection with Arash and Kelly products or using our website - www.arashandkelly.co.uk and www.arashandkelly.com -you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full unless you notify us and we agree to any variation in writing.
TSL's exclusive worldwide rights to Arash and Kelly products
TSL is the exclusive worldwide rights holder to all Arash and Kelly products. Any licence to manufacture, sell or appoint sales agents or distributors is in the sole discretion of TSL. If you have been offered Arash and Kelly products and would like to check that the seller is an authorised seller, please contact us.
Pricing
Prices for Arash and Kelly products are charged at the price shown on the product pages of our website on the date you place the order and agree inclusive of VAT where applicable. Errors and omissions are excepted.
Delivery
When payment is received by credit or debit card we aim to despatch within 28 days from receipt of payment and if Arash and Kelly products are in stock.
Standard delivery from dispatch is usually 5 working days. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and inform you of an anticipitated supply date and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if you wish. If you decide to cancel in such an instance we will reimburse you in full using the same payment method by which you paid TSL.
TSL assumes no risk for losses or damage to Arash and Kelly products once they have left our or our agents' warehouse or similiar.
Mainland U.K. Delivery charges
Delivery is charged as follows:
For orders upto £5.99, charge is £2.50
For orders from £6.00 upto £8.99, charge is £7.50
For orders from £9.00 upto £17.49, charge is £8.50
For orders from £17.50 upto 99.99, delivery is £10.00
For orders from £100 and upwards delivery is £30.00
These charges are applicable for deliveries on mainland U.K. only.
Delivery Charges outside of mainland U.K.
For orders outside mainland U.K. you can find out our delivery charges on written request (sales@arashandkelly.co.uk). You are also responsible for any customs and duty charges.
Billing and Payment terms
Payment is due on our receipt of purchase order from you by secure credit card transaction online (using PayPal), by personal or building society cheque made payable to "Techtrans Systems Ltd".
TSL reserves the right not to release goods and legal ownership of Arash and Kelly products does not pass to you until full payment has been received and has cleared.
Returns Policy
Arash and Kelly products are not generally sold on a sale and return basis. However, if you change your mind for whatever reason you may return Arash and Kelly products to us in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt by you. When we receive the returned Arash and Kelly products in this situation we will refund you in full the purchase price less the original delivery charge. You are responsible for all return postage costs incurred. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The website content and all written materials, logos, photography, product designs and trademarks are the intellectual property of TSL, or are used under licence.
