A lovely POP object, the Big Clip was designed by Arash Kaynama at the Royal College of Art under the direction of Ron Arad and featured in Spoon published by Phaidon.
The Big Clip is sold by Memphis as part of the "Home Alone" series in 1999.
They can be strung together in a chain, hung from a ceiling hook, the chain makes a coat stand as long as you like.
The Big Clip is made from solid 10mm chrome plated steel rod, measures 28cm, attaches to the wall or links to form a chain making a fantastic coat hook or magazine rack.
If you love the Big Clip, make sure you also have alook at our Genius Pads (giant sticky notes!) or our Arrow Hooks.

The ceiling mounted Big Clip doesn't have holes and instead they can hang from a heavy duty eye hook (this item is not included - but you can buy these from all good hardware stores) which is properly attached to a ceiling joist or a suitable load bearing structure to hang from.
